Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Cut the stem off of a head of cauliflower and break the cauliflower into florets. Cut or break into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Spread cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4
Cut four slices of thick-cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and add them to them cauliflower on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender and browned, stirring every 5 minutes so that the cauliflower is coated in bacon grease. Watch that it doesn't burn.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
