I made this for tomorrow but couldn't wait overnight to try it, so I scooped out a small bowlful for my lunch. YUM!! For starters, I'm a huge Thousand Island dressing fan. I have loved it since I was a kid. So needless to say, I LOVE this pasta salad. The veggies are a great combination with the pasta shells and Thousand Island. It didn't even need salt and pepper in my opinion. I think I'm ready for bowl number 2 already.
