Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high heat and stir-fry capsicum for 2-3 minutes, until just tender.
Step 2
Add remaining oil to pan with broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Toss noodles through vegetables along with the sauces and stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Step 4
Ladle into serving bowl and serve.
