"This recipe gives an Asian twist to Bok Choy. I like to add a teaspoon of Chili to the wok just before serving. Instead of Chow Mein Noodles use any pasta or rice cooked, with the Bok Choy poured over it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat your oil in a large skillet or wok. medium heat
Step 2
Add ginger and garlic
Step 3
Saute for 2 minutes or until the garlic is lightly browned, and aromatic
Step 4
Add Bok Choy, noodles and soy sauce
Step 5
Toss the Bok Choy and noodles for about 3 minutes or until it is just heated through and still crisp
Step 6
Season with salt & pepper
