Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the onion and the bell peppers into cubes and put them in a pan with the oil and season to taste with salt.

Add the meats.

Cook until lightly browned.

Add garlic and tomato paste, and adding the remaining seasonings to taste.
Step 5
Add tomato puree and water.
Step 6
Simmer until thickened.
Step 7
Simmer 30 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water al dente.
Step 9
Drain, saving 1/2 cup Pasta water.
Step 10
When sauce is tight, add pasta and some pasta water.
Step 11
Cook until tight again.
Step 12
Use parmesan cheese, to taste.
