Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes.
Step 2
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Drain again.
Step 4
Place macaroni in bowl and set aside to cool.
Step 5
Add vegetable oil to macaroni and toss.
Step 6
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 7
Chill and serve.
