Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Place the frozen potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, at the French fry setting, until browned and crispy.
Step 3
Toss in the cheese curds and cook for another minute or until melted.
Step 4
In the meantime, heat the gravy making sure it is nice and hot, using a microwave or stove-top.
Step 5
Ladle the poutine into serving dishes and drizzle with gravy.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with ketchup if using.
