Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter; blend in flour and garlic salt. Remove from heat; gradually whisk in milk. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 2: Mix in Parmesan or romano cheese, drained cooked peas and flaked tuna to the sauce; heat through. Season with pepper (as much as you would like) and more garlic salt or white salt if needed.
Step 3: To serve, spoon tuna over toast and garnish with hard cooked egg slices.
