Step 1: Put your cleaned oysters into lightly oil sprayed 6 seated muffin tin. If the oysters are small two to a muffin tin if large one in each
Step 2: Mix together the garlic, parsley, paprika and onion
Step 3: Season the oysters with salt & pepper, distribute the garlic mixture evenly to the 6 cups
Step 4: Mix together the cheese and crumbs, top up the oysters with the crumb mixture
Step 5: Bake in 375f oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crumbs are crispy golden and the oysters are cooked
