Ingredients
- 16 ounces spam, sliced about 1/2 inch thick (1 can)
- Dredge
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Wash
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tablespoon hot sauce, to taste
- 1/8 cup milk
- Skillet
- 1/4 cup oil
How to Make

Step 1: Mix eggs, milk and hot sauce in a bowl.

Step 2: Put flour and spices in another bowl.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan to about 300 degrees.

Step 4: Dip Spam in egg then flour 2 times and fry until golden brown.
