Step 1: I soak beans overnight.
Step 2: Drain.
Step 3: In large stockpot, heat oil and add onions and peppers.
Step 4: Cook until translucent.
Step 5: Add garlic and paprika
Step 6: Stir, and don't burn.
Step 7: Add tomato juice and water.
Step 8: Add soaked beans.
Step 9: Simmer 2 hours adding water as needed.
Step 10: Season to taste.
Step 11: Add cilantro last 5 minutes.
