- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper,diced
- 2 eggs , hardboiled
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, diced
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill , minced
- 1 teaspoon chives, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
