Step 1: Pound chicken until thin. Coat in flour shaking off any excess. Deep fry until golden brown.
Step 2: Meanwhile, saute onions in oil. Add in garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add in tomatoes and spices; cook down.
Step 4: Top chicken with sauce then top with olives.
