Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, ripe (mixed with water to make 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons banana extract
- 4 1/2 cups white bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (1 package)
