Step 1: Clean trout.
Step 2: Sprinkle inside with salt pepper.
Step 3: Place 6 strips of bacon on bottom of pan.
Step 4: Place fish on top of bacon.
Step 5: Lay 6 strips of bacon over the fish.
Step 6: Put a cover on the dish and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours.
Step 7: At the end the bones will be soft like canned salmon. A 2 lb. fish requires only 3 hours baking.
