Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Step 2: Lay out crackers on flat surface. Top each with 1 teaspoon of the grated parmesan cheese. Wrap each cheese-topped cracker with 1/2 slice of bacon so the cracker is completely wrapped snug but not taut.
Step 3: Place bacon-wrapped crackers on cookie sheet that has a cookie cooling rack on it, so that they get heat evenly and get crispy. Place in preheated 250 degree F. oven and bake for 2 hours. You may want to double or triple the recipe, because these won't last.
Step 4: Serve warm or room temperature. Can be frozen for later use. Just let cool, and put in zip-lock bag and freeze. To reheat, put on cookie cooling rack on cookie sheet, and put in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or so, till warmed.
