Step 2: Add in the Cajun seasoning and dark chili powder and mix until the sausage, green peppers, and onions are coated.
Step 3: Stir in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the orzo and stir until combined. Simmer uncovered for 12 minutes or until the orzo is tender.
Step 4: Stir in the heavy cream.
Step 5: Can be garnished with sliced green onion if desired.
