Step 1: If using the Mircowave as I do, place Brie topped with Fig Jam or Red Pepper Jelly in a microwave proof round dish a touch larger than the Brie or a plate, place in Microwave for about 2 minutes in 30 second increments making for an awesome appetizer in minutes.
Step 2: In Oven - place Brie topped with Fig jam or Red Pepper Jelly in a shallow round ovenproof dish slightly larger than the Brie baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 – 15 minutes, to assure it’s done can check by inserting a skewer or toothpick which should come out with melted cheese stuck to it.
Step 3: I like serving on a platter or charcuterie board with sturdy crackers or crostini along with red grapes, pecans or walnuts.
