Step 1: Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. While noodles are draining in a colander, melt the butter in the pan. Add most of the green onion (reserving some for garnish), the sour cream, parmesan, and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.
Step 2: Return the noodles to the pan and mix with the sauce until hot. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the reserved green onion.
