Step 1: Dough
Step 2: Blend all ingredients in a mixer
Step 3: Form into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour
Step 4: Filling
Step 5: Sauté mushrooms and onion in margarine or butter
Step 6: When cooked, add sour cream, thyme and salt
Step 7: Roll dough out to .25 inch thickness
Step 8: Cut 8n 3 inch circles
Step 9: Fill with 1 teaspoon filling which has been drained slightly
Step 10: Brush edges with egg, fold and seal by pressing edge with a fork
Step 11: Pierce top in 2-3 places and Brush with egg
Step 12: Bake at 400° F for 10- 20 minutes
