Step 1: 1. Heat olive oil in a pot. Add onions, garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir until aromatic.
Step 2: 2. Add tomato paste and roast for a few minutes.
Step 3: 3. Deglaze the pot with white wine. Allow the wine to reduce for a few minutes.
Step 4: 4. Add chicken stock, clam broth, diced tomatoes and bay leaf. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5: 5. Add seafood and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6: 6. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 7: 7. Ladle into bowls and serve with crusty bread and lemon wedges on the side.
