Step 6: Season this with salt and pepper to taste and saute for a few minutes until they begin to cook.
Step 7: To the peas and carrots
Step 8: Add the rice, bouillon, and cinnamon.
Step 9: Stir
Step 10: Add stock
Step 11: Give it a stir
Step 12: Cover
Step 13: And let it simmer on low to medium heat for about 20 minutes until the rice is cooked through and water has evaporated.
Step 14: Take off the heat and let stand covered 5 minutes
Step 15: Fluff the rice gently with a fork.
Step 16: Add half of the cooked ground beef to the rice mixture and stir together.
Step 17: Check for seasoning
Step 18: Plate the rice and top with the rest of the ground beef on top. Can add more peas and carrots
Step 19: Top with almonds drizzle with oil
