Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
Step 2: Refrigerate.
Step 3: This makes 1 3/4 cups, and will keep a long time in the fridge.
Step 4: Spread 2 tbsp of the dressing on one of the bread slices and smear the other side with avocado.
Step 5: On top of one slice of bread, layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, gouda, and bacon.
Step 6: Top with the second slice of bread slice on diagonal and serve.
