Step 1: Combine all ingredients except the ribs.
Step 2: Heat over high heat until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat, simmer 30-40 minutes until thick.
Step 4: Coat 4 pounds of baby back pork ribs, front and back, with BBQ sauce.
Step 5: Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.
Step 6: Bake at 300F for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. (I usually go 2 1/2 hours).
Step 7: Remove ribs from foil and smother with more sauce.
