Step 1: Pour the apple juice into a stainless steel saucepan and bring the juice to a boil; reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for approx 2 hours or until juice is reduced to about 1 1/2 cups syrup.
Step 2: Cool the mix and and pour into a sterilized glass jar or small bottle.
Step 3: Refrigerate the syrup and store in the fridge. The syrup will last well approx 6 months in the fridge.
