Step 1: Cream sugar, salt and peanut butter.
Step 2: Beat in eggs one at a time
Step 3: Add milk until well blended.
Step 4: Slowly ,temper first, stir in boiling water, then vanilla.
Step 5: Ladle into well buttered custard cups (ramekins). (6-8 cups).
Step 6: Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Step 7: Place cups in shallow pan.
Step 8: Fill with hot water to within 1 inch of top of cups.(bain marie)or (hot water bath)
Step 9: Bake in 325 degree oven about 4o minutes or until set
Step 10: Chill
