Step 1: Mix together avocado, mayo, lemon juice, sour cream, green onions & pepper flakes
Step 2: Set the avocado sauce aside
Step 3: Fry the patties, medium heat, 4 minutes each side
Step 4: Add cheese on top of patties when you flip them
Step 5: Cover pan for the last 4minutes
Step 6: Place the spinach, tomato & onion on bottom of the bun
Step 7: Top with cooked burger
Step 8: Spoon on the avocado mixture
Step 9: Add bun top
Step 10: Serve
