Step 1: Cut prosciutto into thin strips.
Step 2: Heat oil in skillet, add prosciutto strips and onion. Cook until onion is softened and prosciutto is somewhat crisp.
Step 3: Add peas, water, bouillon, oregano and pepper.
Step 4: Cover and simmer just until peas are tender - about 4 minutes.
Step 5: Salt to taste.
Step 6: Stir in toasted nuts before serving.
