Step 2: Mix in seasonings and 1/2 and 1/2
Step 3: Melt butter in large iron skillet
Step 4: Pour in the egg mixture
Step 5: Cook on low heat until almost set
Step 6: Stirring constantly
Step 7: Fold in white sauce and cook until eggs are set
Step 8: Place in a 200 degree oven or hot water bath to keep warm
Step 9: Serve on white toast with 2 slices of bacon per person
