Step 1: Break the broccoli into florets and place in a pot.
Step 2: Add about 1/2 an inch of water, cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat;simmer until it start to soften.
Step 3: Remove from heat and drain; set aside while keeping this covered.
Step 4: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and whisk in the sweet rice flour.
Step 5: Allow this mixture to bubble and foam for about a minute; stir in the milk a bit at a time and cook until thickened.
Step 6: Stir in the cheese powder, onion powder, garlic powder and ground pepper and then gently stir in the steamed broccoli making sure it is well coated.
Step 7: Enjoy!
