Step 1: Bake pie shell at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, cool.
Step 2: Cream butter and sugar.
Step 3: Add salt, flour, lemon juice and peel, mix.
Step 4: In a seperate bowl beat egg yolks and add milk, blend well with sugar mixture.
Step 5: Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into filling.
Step 6: Pour filling into partially baked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
Step 7: Cake like mixture will be on top with a sauce on the bottom.
