Step 1: Sugar, wine if your using water and cherries in pot.
Step 2: Juice lemon and put cloves in peel and throw in add other spices. Cook 15 minutes until cherries are soft.
Step 3: Mix flour into sour cream.
Step 4: Takeout spices and peel.
Step 5: Add sour cream mixture slowly and simmer for 5 more minutes, don't boil.
Step 6: When cool put in frig overnight.
Step 7: Serve next day.
