Step 1: Sauté the onion and celery in butter. Add to the stuffing mix, prepared with the amount of liquid indicated on the box (I use 2 cups boiling stock or giblet water , you know the water from the giblets that are cooking on top of the stove from the turkey).
Step 2: Add egg and mix. Add sage stir.
Step 3: Now you can stuff bird or chops.
