Step 2: Lightly grease a 4 cup cpacity, 23cm (base measurement) pie dish and place on a baking tray.
Step 3: Wash spinach and pat dry with paper towel, roughly chop.
Step 4: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat and add spinach and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until wilted and transfer to a plate and cool for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Heat remaining oil in pan over medium heat and add onion, cook for 1 minutes or until softened and then add garlic, cook stirring for 30 seconds or until fragrant and transfer to a bowl.
Step 6: Place spinach in a sieve and using the back of a large spoon, press liquid from the spinach.
Step 7: Add spinach, dill, feta and tasty cheese to onion mixture and stir to combine and then spoon over base of prepared dish.
Step 8: Whisk eggs and flour together in a jug (mixture will be a little bit lumpy), gradually add milk, whisking to combine.
Step 9: Pour egg mixture over spinach mixture and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until risen, lightly browned and set.
Step 10: Cut into wedges and serve with salad.
