Step 1: Place the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, catsup, garlic and brown sugar in a saucepan.
Step 2: Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in the ginger and liquid smoke, simmer another 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Step 5: Pour into a mason jar and let cool completely.
Step 6: Keep refrigerated.
Step 7: Enjoy!
