Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: In a small casserole dish, place the rice, green peppers and onion and add the broth.
Step 3: Place the trout fillet on top of the rice mixture, sprinkle generously with pepper and garlic powder.
Step 4: Pour the Italian dressing over the fish fillet and cover the casserole dish.
Step 5: Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until rice has cooked out and the fish just flakes easily.
Step 6: Enjoy!
