5 stars for sure. I had to change 2 things - first I couldn't get the small pouch of real crab so I subbed the artificial. Second I was all set to make it and I thought I had a cranberry sauce in my stash cupboard but not there. So I mixed some sweet & sour sauce with unsweetened dried cranberries. The appetizer was still delicious but Gerry I apologize for the subs. I know I'll be making this again around Christmas/NewYears -

My family really enjoyed these little festive cups this past Christmas season. I loved how easy they were to put together and especially during the Holidays you need to make things that are fast and delicious. These cups definitely make the mark. They will become part of my Holiday repertoire. Thank you Gerry for sharing.

I served these today for family and they were gone in no time! I should have doubled the recipe. Because I had pre-baked phyllo shells, I placed the dip into a 16oz/473ml baking dish and baked it until it was heated through. Then filled the cups and returned them to oven for 5 minutes. Love the sweet/tart against the delicate crab. These will be made again. Thanks Gerry for another awesome recipe!

I made this tonight to take to our Bingo Christmas party and everyone raved about these awesome little seafood tarts. What a great idea. They weren't messy to eat and tasted awesome. Thank you for this great holiday show stopper Gerry! Linda
