"A great condiment for grilled fish, pork and especially my favorite ... fish or seafood. It is the perfect sauce for grilled salmon, but equally as good with any white fish; even grilled scallops or shrimp. If possible, try to use a mix of mustards as it really adds to the flavor of the sauce, plus fresh dill which is very important."

SO good! Shame on me for hating salmon (but I eat it so often...); this sauce made it so good, I wanted to eat the whole fish right out of the pan. I substituted horseradish for the grainy mustard, and it was just too good. Next time I make it, I'll try to get a photo before I eat it all!
