"You can use your favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe OR you may buy some already made chocolate chip dough to make it easy. These are baked in individual 4" ramekins. Make as many ramekins as you need and then make the rest of the dough into cookies. Top them with ice cream and drizzle with hot fudge. The ramekin in the photo I got in the dollar store and, you guessed it, it cost me $1.00 and they are suitable for the oven. This makes quick, but nice, dessert."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Set the oven to 375 degrees; fill ramekins 1/2" deep with raw cookie dough; place on a cookie sheet and put on the middle rack of your oven.

Step 2

Bake for 12-18 minutes or till top starts to turn golden brown---you want them slighly underdone, yet not too doughy.

Step 3

Remove from oven and place each ramekin on a pretty napkin so that you can hold the hot dish while you eat.

Step 4

Top with a scoop of ice cream; drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and enjoy.

I had a roll of cookie dough and ice cream so I decided to make these. So simple and was it ever good! I took it out of the oven and immediately loaded up the top with French Vanilla ice cream and some hot fudge sauce with crushed pecans. To die for good!  Mimi... I love your recipes :)
