Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix tomatoes and water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

Mix tomatoes, cheeses, sour cream and onions in 3 cup bowl.

Step 4

Place in a crock pot on low to keep dip warm.

Step 5
