But something about eating Phil just didn't sound right. But it is actually quite wildly ate which I didn't realize.

Phil? It is folklore that has come from Germany. It is a festival there and it actually used to be a badger. I have no idea why we do a groundhog, since we have badgers in this country. But it is a tradition now and we even have a day devoted to it! I think its fun, and he has about a 40% rate of accuracy. It is just a thing we do now and people participate because its fun to see what he says, isn't it?
