How are your winter supplies holding up?

I have a problem... I think it's a hoarding problem.

I think what's happening is that I'm subconsciously so worried about running out of my canned/frozen stuff before next season, that I start rationing it. Then, come next season, I still have a ton of it from last season.

I love it so much I don't want to run out of it, but then I actually don't use it up.

Meh....

How's your stuff? Run out of anything yet?

Axe, I have been doing that with my tomatoes. I use one baggie and one tinned for recipes that call for 2.

I am almost out of frozen zucchini. I use it in stews and soups. I have way too much rhubarb. I need to start using it up!
