I barbecue all the time all year long. Today I smoked some homemade sausage. It tastes so good with the smokey flavor from the apple wood I used.

The best food is grilled I just bought a new Kamado that runs around 1000,00 I plan on grilling and smoking all year round, you can't beat the flavor of grilled meat
