I saw the pic and said Mmmmm, then I saw they were carrots, and I don't really care for carrots unless they are flavored somehow, so they don't taste like carrots! LOL I bet those are good though Bea! Looks great!

I had this very easy and satisfying breakfast today. I would of never thought of adding peanut butter to oatmeal before I saw this recipe. I did cheat and added a bit of sugar which the recipe did not call for.
I found this to be a difficult subject to photograph. I couldn't get the flash to stop reflecting in the spoon, lol...
