Ypo get a bonus for those poics! NO. #2 iis my favorite but they re al Ace I love onions done this way buit just don't hav the oomph to do it any more
KEEP Up THE great stuff both making them and then photographing them.
I do have over 8000 food photos on the internet

Made many a jar back in the day, have never found a jar off the market shelves to compare. Been sometime since I've seen any in the produce section, Tis your photos have me almost tasting them!
Ahh Bergy 8000 photos, each and everyone I have seen entice! The photos here all inspire!

I really don't have much oomph these days either

I think I was bored with the lockdown, and saw the pickling onion's and thought..... Why not.
But I am going to do another few jars of these, as they do taste so much better than shop bought.
You always post such beautiful and amazing photo's but 8000 food photos... whoa

Thanks Gerry, I know what you mean about the taste, there is no comparison in taste.
Home made are much better! I also have never seen any pickling onions for sale, but then came across them in a little local greengrocer's, who will always order them in for me if need be.

My local grocer carrites them and thatcht mthat just makes me very lucky because they˙a re vert hard > to find .

Nice job! I am not very enthusiastic about peeling pearl onions even with helpful tips. I am just too impatient. Bill ends up doing those for his bar garnishes.
Much needed for the martinis!
