Ohh Wowsers Pia, that photo does look fantastic Pia!
I was watching a show yesterday about meatballs in Sweden and how many varieties they have.
At one stage they said there were more varieties of meatball recipes than there were Swedish people. It had me enthralled at the different types and how they make them .... and I don't even eat meat!

Here in Italy they are called "polpetti" and they have and incredible amount of vegetarian ones.
