Many times recipes will call for a specific size of eggs. But if you just want some eggs, how can you tell which size is the best buy?

1. Find the price difference between the two sizes.
2. Divide the price of the smaller size eggs by 8.

If #2 is less than #1, the smaller eggs are the better buy.
If #2 is more than #1, you'll save money on the larger eggs.
