Post by HotPepperRosemary » Mon Oct 24, 2011 12:25 pm

I will be baking GF cookies, etc., and if you have any tempting recipes I sure would appreciate it! I have been doing some homework and will be experimenting with sweet treats for Celiacs!
I know it may not appeal to many, but we are a growing populations and love sweets just as much as the next person!!!! Yum! Sure hope I am welcome too!
Love ya!!! Jelly :D

Hi Jelly, this is the only GF recipe I have made and I only made it cause I had egg whites leftover from another recipe. Anyway, the point is, these are super delicious! I used a combo of semisweet and white chocolate chips for the "mix-ins" mentioned. So good!

This is gluten free as long as you use gluten free icing sugar.
