Even looking at the website, I am still not really sure what this ingredients is. I have never used kitchen bouquet before and it seems like something similar. I have never made any recipes calling for either as I never really knew what it did or tasted like.

I've got a bottle right here. The ingredients are caramelized sugar, caramel color, water, hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, apple cider vinegar, salt and spices (onion, celery, parsley and garlic).

It's primarily used for browning, but also adds a little flavor.
