Honestly, the wings in pic #5 just took my breath. Now that it appears we are going to have a day or two, here and there, I might be able to start the charcoal grill at last. This is gonna be at the top of my list for "must try" :D I can't wait.

Right Deepster! Those chicken pics really made you want grilled chicken. I have been on a fried chicken kick. Can't get enough, but after seeing those pics. I want grilled chicken! Just craving it! Bea got me out of my fried chicken drudgery!

I think anything grilled looks divine, lol!!! So many grilling options out there these days.

I have two propane BBQ's at camp and I have an infra red BBQ at home and the infra red is the cats meow..... I love that thing. Everything cooks up evenly, no hot spots.......

I also like to grill over the coals at camp but it doesn't happen that often as you must be more vigilant. We are always so busy with friends and family dropping in so we take the easy way out.

anyway i found this recipe for "over the coals" , I'll be making it but it will be in the oven broiler. quite piddley after seeing Bea's smoked chicken and all those wonderful looking grilled wings :!: but it does sound pretty tasty with a nice bit of heat

I'll be looking for a family pack of chicken wings the next time I go to the store. If I'm going to fire up the grill, I may as well cook a good bit of wings. They'll serve me well for 2-3 days. I just looked a QB's wings again, and they were screaming "eat me" :D

They sure are Deepster, really made me crave it enough to buy it. DH don't like chicken wings! Well he likes chicken, just don't' understand the craze for buffalo wings. He says they are ok. Just between us zazzies, I think he going senile! =))

Skewers are a great idea for the grill or even in the smoker!! It's a meal on a stick. We have even made these over coals when around the campfire with friends.

Wayne and I make these quite often, these were cooked in our propane BBQ.
